  • No events allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine may be assessed. Please inquire for more information about event policies and fees.

  • Maximum pets allowed: 0 (no pets).
  • Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
  • No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property.

Fees and Payments

  • Pool: The home features a gas heated pool. Pool heating is optional and the cost is $70.20 per day.
  • Hot Tub: Heating of the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round.
  • Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property by guests up to $3,000. It does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
  • For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap will apply as presented in your rental agreement.
